Today, The Office 365 Grid newsletter was sent to all Grid members.
The community has prepared a new Lync and Learn session, held by Kelsey Epps.

He will be taking us through the basic stuff about Office 365:

  • Sign-up for the trial;
  • Adding a domain and verifying it;
  • DNS records;
  • Create Users and Assign licenses;
  • Setup Desktop PC for User;
  • Accessing Office 365 Services from the Desktop and Internet;
  • Purchasing Additional Licenses;
  • Open a service request.

That’s not all, because Josh Topal (Office 365 Community Program Manager) has shared another interesting resource: Office 365 Ignite.

Ignite is a Microsoft program that provides in depth technical Office 365 online guides, webcasts and in-person events.

Of course, the newsletter is not complete, without a Grid Post of the Week. This week post was written by yours truly. 🙂

Do you know users that want to work offline? Did you know that a quick solution is explained in our Grid Post of the Week?  Grid member Alexandru Dionisie, shows us how to connect a SharePoint Library to Microsoft Outlook.
